Microsoft Technology Specialist

As a prime candidate, one would have practical knowledge on architecting and engineering Office 365: Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, and OneDrive for Business. MCSE/MCITP/MCA/MCSA preferred. Will consider related  field (or equivalent) experience.
Requirements:

  • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
  • DirSync, Azure AD Synce, or Azure AD Connect
  • Practical knowledge on architecting and engineering Exchange Server – 2007, 2010, 2013
  • Practical knowledge on architecting and engineering Skype for Business (S4B)
  • Experience with previous AD migrations, cross-forest migrations and interoperability scenarios
  • Implement the deployment plan for all necessary Office 365 components including Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, and Office 365 Professional Plus
  • Prepare migration plans
  • Work experience with Exchange and Microsoft platform products, including the Windows 2003/2008/2012 operating systems, Active Directory, and Federated Identity, and advanced knowledge of Azure AD
  • Work experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010/2013 including experience with mailbox server failover and cluster management

Data/Voice Technician and Engineer

Account Executive

Works under the general supervision of the sales manager, Account Executives focus on prospecting for and closing deals with new accounts. After the close of the initial sale, the AE continues to manage the account for future revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers and retain existing customers
  • Develop relationships with and maintain communications with new businesses through various mediums
  • Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure above average quota and revenue goal attainment

Inside Sales Telemarketing Representative

The representative will be responsible for weekly and monthly reports and will schedule appointments for sales representatives for new leads. The position requires a daily call volume of approximately 80 phone calls. The representative works in tandem with internal sales and marketing personnel.

Specifications and skills

  • Able to prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound telemarketing to established leads and cold calls to targeted companies.
  • Gather new customer data and secure qualified appointments for sales representatives.
  • Able to identify and properly qualify business opportunities.
  • Work with sales rep. to schedule appointments and determine new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  • Spend 75% of the time engaged in outbound sales calls to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective customers.
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual sale objectives.
  • Record daily and weekly sales activity reporting, including backlog and opportunity tracking, sales call activity, and related information.


Position Requirements:

  • Prior Inside Sales or Telemarketing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) business systems to organize and document communications related to telemarketing campaigns is desired.
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
